(Students entering 9th
– 10th grades)
Students entering 9th & 10th grade receive
training and experience working with children
in a summer camp environment. They learn
valuable life skills pertaining to behavior
management techniques, initiative experiences
& role modeling. The camaraderie, friendships
and lessons learned in the CIT program will
last a lifetime! Many CIT’s have the
opportunity to move upward within our staff
to become future Junior Counselors, Counselors,
Specialists and possibly Directors at Sierra
Canyon. Those interested in becoming a CIT
candidate are encouraged to download and
complete the application and return it to
our office.
FEE: $125 – first year, $75 –
second year.
